Restoration
Many, if not all of HDNPC's buildings are historical buildings. From their initial acquisition, our mission to restore these projects to their former glory and respect the significance of the heritage of each site.

Efforts to rehabilitate the current housing stock has ensured that at HDNPC we are prioritizing sustainable strategies for future generations. By rehabilitating these housing projects, we have ensured affordability, prevented displacement of long-term residents, and maintained the identity of many of these historically significant neighborhoods and communities.
