Our company has successfully completed a range of major affordable housing projects aimed at providing quality, residential housing and commercial solutions. These include both new construction and rehabilitation efforts across various residential types, from single-room occupancy (SRO) residential hotel rooms to family-sized apartments. These projects have provided much-needed housing options for home ownership and housing for low and moderate income residents. Affordable Housing

By making efficient use of available resources and investing in areas that need community development the most, we’ve effectively expanded and revitalized the housing supply. Commercial Spaces

In addition to housing, many of our developments have integrated commercial spaces and social service community centers such as childcare centers, youth centers, and educational centers to foster neighborhood growth. We’ve also completed multi-level buildings, maximizing space and improving urban density, and have worked on sites with environmental challenges, including Brownfield properties; turning these once-contaminated areas into safe, sustainable living places. Preservation

HDNPC has extensive experience in the complex process of rehabilitation of historic buildings. This rehabilitation includes the renovation and change of use of existing dilapidated buildings into new housing - which can be affordable rental units/ and or condominiums for affordable ownership including commercial condominiums for small businesses.
