Our company has successfully completed a range of major affordable housing projects aimed at providing quality, low-income housing solutions. These include both new construction and rehabilitation efforts across various residential types, from single-room occupancy (SRO) residential hotel rooms to family-sized apartments. These projects have provided much-needed housing options for low-income tenants, transforming underutilized spaces into vibrant, accessible communities.

In addition to housing, many of our developments have integrated commercial spaces and social service community centers to foster neighborhood growth and support the residents.
